The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. They don't have good quality oat milk, which puts me off when it comes to returning. Many times they don't have things left and the selection of cakes is somewhat poor.
The quality is not bad, but there is a lack of attention to detail. For example, a serrated knife for bagels, or sweet potatoes in very small pieces, when they are to be eaten "by hand" and with sauce, which makes it very difficult. The atmosphere was calm, perhaps too calm. There was no one at "dinner time". But the NYC bagel had good flavor.
I have been working in this cafe for a week now and the service is excellent. The young gentleman waiter is excellent including the 2 ladies who work with him of a morning.Good coffee and fantastic service
