They were incompetent, they failed a lot with the request!
The employee failed with my daughter's King Jr water bottle, she suspected me, I had to show my payment stub. The employee named Giovanna must not have had a good education in Brazil, as she didn't even apologize!
Then, upon unwrapping mine and my nephew's burger, we realized that they gave us each a Whopper, instead of two Double Whoppers that I paid for. I went to show it to the counter, He took the sandwiches to the kitchen, they put another burger in there and, again, Giovanna came to bring the table and ONCE AGAIN, with great dislike, she didn't even apologize!

For a fast food restaurant they are too slow to serve. Maybe due to lack of staff...

edit: the answer they gave me (below) is at least absurd and sounds like a copy paste. nowhere did I mention the quality of the products (or lack thereof), commercial response from plate B. I think that BK only has to lose in these small, big failures of professionalism.

There is no hand soap or disinfectant in the bathroom, the electrical sockets are broken and pose a danger, the switch is broken and poses a danger.

Vegetarian options: They make straw sandwiches. Man is not herbivorous.

They can't get even a little bit closer to the competition. Fast food took too long, payment at the order machine only with a physical card (no mbway or contactless), the table locators instead of being at the order terminals were stopped at the counters. Not to mention that the area where the trays are placed looked like a pigsty. It's true that people could be aware of placing the trays correctly, however management could see these details. If it was an isolated case I wouldn't even publish a review, however a similar situation happened to me at the restaurant in Matosinhos...
