It is possibly the fourth time that I have dined at this place and as such, as I have praised it in the past, it is now possible to criticize… The food took about an hour to arrive at the table2. The francesinha is not as I remembered, it had a weak sauce that was very watery, but what bothered me the most, despite the poor food and the type of service, was seeing an older lady being asked to go out because she had already had coffee and they had people to come in.
They should remember that establishments don’t just live during party weeks…
After this attitude I will definitely not return or recommend it.

Reasonable food. The service is the worst. Being at dinner and seeing the staff asking a customer to leave because there were a lot of people waiting, it's really cool. Deplorable attitude and makes us not come back.
After placing the order, the food took exactly 45 minutes to arrive at the table. Several customers complained, some leaving the place without eating. It's not justified. If they can't serve so many people, they shouldn't have so many tables available. The employee apparently responsible for the room is a rude individual, with no respect for people, drawing the attention of his colleagues in a way that is unacceptable to customers. The francesinha has a reputation but it's nothing special. I won't be back for sure.

A while since I was last here for lunch but it's as good as I remembered. Traditional dishes, burgers and quick lunch options at very reasonable prices. My burger was tasty, good to see half bottles of wine available, friendly service and a clean and spacious dining area with outside tables too.

I came to a birthday party and asked the tourist for the francesinha which was very good, but I felt that the staff were trying to "send us off" and they even ended up clearing the table when one of the people was still finishing eating without asking anything, probably because the place is in high demand
