For the 4th time, this being the third in a row, I placed the order through the App, and the same problem as the other 4th times appeared. As I already know this, I have been calling customer support for around 20 minutes to try to find my way, and after a few calls the answer is always the same , "I'm going to pass by Maia's store" and when he passes by Maia's store he always turns off his cell phone. In an establishment of this size the minimum would be professionalism, and having competent people working, any customer would understand an apology, now turning off a cell phone no one understands. I have to go and take care of business and I can't even cancel and go eat somewhere else, because no one is waiting for me. Really live professionalism
