The gluten-free pizza is reasonable, nothing special, a bit rubbery dough, no crunchiness at all. The cacio e pepe pasta is quite tasteless. Red fruit Crostatin is a shortcrust pastry that is reheated and crumbles, and what goes on the surface is red fruit jelly, it's not good, I don't recommend it. The Italian wine was good. Very good service from the girls, but insufficient for the number of people there. Even with a lot of noise in the environment, the pizza maker could be heard banging and throwing dishes aggressively. I saw a child working there, I didn't think it was relevant. The environment was very hot, the air conditioning did not overcome the heat. I probably won't go back.

Good experience with the gluten-free menu, however I noticed some lack of sensitivity and/or training for this. From my point of view, at a table where gluten and gluten-free menus are served, the dishes should be marked. The quality of the food was quite good and the price-quality ratio also seemed adequate.

I came to this restaurant a second time (the first had gone very well) and I was somewhat worried about some details that an APC certified restaurant should have regarding cross-contamination. At the table next to ours was a couple who ate pizzas with gluten, with all that that entails, and when they left, the waitress didn't change the tablecloth, leaving it with crumbs and prepared the table for new customers. If the next customers are people who came to this restaurant, because they really have to respect the Gluten-free restrictions, everything is ruined. The service was somewhat clumsy and the restaurant was very noisy. The pizzas were good (2 pizzas from the gluten-free menu).
