Weak points are the dishes, such as the francesinha (in my opinion the worst I've ever tasted, with watery sauce, very tough meat, bland sausages, as well as tasting like cumin), the hamburger (dry and tasteless) and the tiramisu ( which looked like it was bought in a supermarket).

We booked a table for today, two people, Saturday for 7:45pm, this being the third and last time we went to this restaurant. It was scheduled for 7:30 pm, I informed them that I would be late, everything was fine, no problem. We arrived at 7:45 pm. There were neither food boards nor the other. So we ordered Couvert, garlic bread, chicken wings, tacos, mini burgers and a carbonara. I didn't remember such a slow service and we used to go out to dinner frequently in several different places. It took 1 hour for them to bring just the Couvert, which should have already been prepared by the staff or helpers, which is just bread, butter, olive oil and tapenade. The girl reported that there was only one person in the kitchen, hence the delay. If on a Saturday there was only one chef cooking with multiple reservations, things wouldn't go very well and they should have taken precautions. After 1 hour and 15 minutes +/- in total, the rest began to arrive. Everything was very good except the Carbonara which was frankly the worst I've ever eaten. You know when you put pasta to cook and then add a curdled sauce with no flavor whatsoever?! That was it. The chicken wings could also be tastier and with more sauce on them. I told the girl that the dough wasn't really good and for them to try it in the kitchen to see that it wasn't really good. We left almost all of the pasta on the plate that was served. In other words, the other times we had been there, nothing had ever happened and today was terrible. We paid €70.50 and pasta included. €14 for pasta which I even eat much better at home. They took the service for over an hour and still charged for bad food even after we complained and we didn't eat. We won't be back.

We spent 2 hours for lunch: 1h15 waiting for lunch and another 15min to pay. At a table of 9 people we ordered 5x burgers, all the same, and 2x pizzas, all the same. The pizzas, contrary to what they show, are thin crust. Friendly service, mediocre timing, average food. All customers, even those who sat down later, started to eat lunch and finished before we were served. Not to be repeated
