I arrived on 08/14/24 around 10pm. There weren't many customers and I still waited 30 minutes to be served! the person manning the cash register was unpleasant, I ordered takeout and when my order was ready and she gave me the items without a bag, she didn't even refill my drinks even though I had clearly specified takeout. Frankly, the service is deplorable.

I've been to several Burger Kings throughout Europe, without any reason to complain, however this visit to the one in Marinha Grande was very unfortunate, I've never been served a burger of such poor quality (as always the same) and it's a place I won't be returning to.

2nd experience and twice disappointed.. 20 euros to order the fries, which are way overcooked, the same goes for the nugguets and the cold hamburgers, it's a shame because BK Macdo is just a stone's throw away.. I wouldn't come back...

Kid-friendliness: Nice atmosphere for children, there is a kids space, food options for children.

Life delay... Inexplicable delay in service considering close to 15 people waiting... Clearly without staff, without training, without any organization, nor the capacity to respond at busy times. 24 minutes to be served! Lack of hygiene! Employees do not use gloves when preparing food and "scratch" their ears and hair while preparing food! Paperless ordering machines and identifiers for table service.
I don't recommend it nor do I expect to repeat it.
This whole situation makes less sense when we see that this type of comments, present here, has been going on for some time, with constant responses of thanks and promises of improvements in the service, from the owner or whoever represents the brand. . Note that the answers are also almost "copy & paste" of each other. Curious!
Assess reality and actually try to understand what continuous improvement and quality are...
