All the pork cuisine of the region. Simple and very good. Barbecue Stew. The Secreto de Porco is very very juicy, thick and tender. Surprise to taste after your great hike at the viewpoint (beautiful aerial view). You should also go see the Medronho museum and have a snack and also take the opportunity to buy a bottle of Medronho made on site. It is the local specialty. Super well distilled alcohol. Excellent.
Wonderful! We have only been able to dine there twice before continuing our trip but the young waitress treated us very kindly. We liked the food very much. We didn't ask to taste the stews they have at noon because they didn't coincide, but the dinners were very good. The potatoes were very good (they are not frozen), the meat had a very rich sauce and all the products seemed very fresh.
At the end there was a Medronho on the house. Highly recommended.
