We made a reservation, service took a long time for everything, after a long time the order was taken, my friend ordered the rabbit dish that was on the menu, the answer was that it couldn't be because it took a long time to make, then she asked for steak pinenta, there was no ,in the end he asked what was still there.......making the order to bring some olives and bread and finally after 1h45 with still no food on the table I went to ask the owner for explanations, who said he was short of staff, take away tables ....employees delivering the wrong dishes, and after 2:30 am, the food arrived, however it was already 3:40 pm, and no one was in the mood for anything anymore, the owner's attitude was that of someone who does not understand anything about catering or management neither organization nor how to deal with customers!!! We asked for the bill and as expected I had debts for 4 wrong things !!!! We write in the complaints book for the 1st time !!! But the Sunday outing with the family was spoiled.

We were waiting for 2 hours to be served and there was a tremendous lack of organization in the service, such as serving tables that had arrived after ours, changing dishes, and finally, the bill showed dishes that we hadn't even ordered. We arrived late for a lunch, they were closing, but still gave us food - we were very hungry after a long drive. They served bacalhau and some salad, we had a couple of glasses of wine and one dessert. I want to thank them for serving us even though they were closing! Very nicely situated, we sat outside in the sun. It is just outside a village called Martinlongo, in the Faro District.
