Very bad service! When buying a loaf of bread, I was asked if I was bringing a bag because all the bags are behind it!! How do I transport the bread? What are the bags for packaging these products for?
Reference bakery in the area, whenever we pass through Portagem we stop at the pastry shop. The coffee and sweets are very good, and if you are not very good at Portuguese, they understand you in Spanish without problems.

In a place with little offer, it's nice. However the service is terrible. Employees in these provinces should have training in customer service. We have to take all the food outside, we almost have to ask for a tray to take the gallons and food and they don't even put the food on the tray, they throw it on the counter and the customer who pays well, let him work. Honestly we have never seen such a service, this is not how people are served.
It can greatly improve customer service.
