I've eaten tapioca several times at this establishment. However, I had an extremely negative experience last week when 4 colleagues and I, after all ordering chicken tapioca, got horrible food poisoning. We went there the next day to report it and they even tried to hide it by saying it could have been due to something else we ate or a food intolerance. It is unacceptable to serve food that puts customers' health at risk and then not even give due value to the situation and not admit the error.

I ordered an açaí XL and added strawberry and powdered milk.
The glass came with at least 30% powdered milk, 3 full measuring cups, which made the açaí completely lose its flavor, while the strawberry that I paid for separately came only at the end to decorate the glass with no more than a spoon.

I visited the store for the 2nd time, and I am quite surprised by the lack of pride in terms of the cleanliness and organization of the store. Because on the day I went to eat açaí with my family, we were sitting inside the store for approximately 1h30h, in those 1h30h, it is impressive how there were 3 employees, all of them friendly, and in the minutes when they didn't have customers to serve, the three of them were all there. By the way, the store was, in my opinion, in need of organization, a brief cleaning of the trash can, in which one of the employees had already seen that there was no more trash, there was already trash on the floor, and even so, He ignored it and sat down at the phone. The toppings they use are not at all a good brand. They are from Pingo Doce brands and so on, the flavor is perfect.
The best açaí there is, if you add white label toppings, it completely compromises the flavor of the main product, which is Acai.
Overall, I was disappointed with this lack of professional panache, in a store that is so well located and that should have as its objective, a satisfied customer!

Açaí is horrible, I paid €10 to eat pure nest milk and condensed milk and no açaí. It would be better to buy a can of nest milk and put condensed milk inside.
I only give 1 star for the space and tapioca.

I bought a 720 ml açaí, and it contained more powdered milk than the açaí itself, as powdered milk is cheaper, there was only powdered milk, the strawberry which is paid for, there was only a little. There was so much powdered milk, that halfway through it, it turned into an extremely sweet powdered milk flour. That was anything but açaí. Expectation vx Reality.
It was more than €12 for such a disappointment. I'm never going back.

First and last time I come to this establishment, extremely ridiculous service, rude employees and no professionalism at all, I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy, I rated it with one star because unfortunately I can't rate anything less.

Table service was provided by a very rude Brazilian waitress...I sat at the terrace table and an employee asked what I wanted, I ordered two coffees, one normal and one full...another colleague came to bring the coffees, as they came two normal ones, I asked for one to be full...The rude employee addressed me with arrogance and lack of politeness that I should have placed the order inside and paid inside...as I'm not a fortune teller, the colleague didn't convey the same, there isn't even any sign stating that it was pre-payment... It's these uneducated "energunes" who ruin a house... Management should pay attention to who they hire...
I didn't drink the coffee and left and never came back....
