I was served by an employee called Luana, a very friendly young woman who served me very well and helped me choose my order because I didn't know the menus very well, a top employee ?
It was noted that the service was slow, I believe that on the day they had staff in training and the communication between the concession and the counter was not correct. But as soon as a more experienced employee came to the front of the auxiliary store at the counter, orders started to come out faster, as there were many customers waiting for orders already placed.
I had a disappointing meal last night. We ordered at 21h, but we could only have it at 22h15.Yes I know it was very crowded that hour, but I felt employees were not working by their heart! Complete chaos there!I liked the food, I liked the place, but please revise the service!
