After ordering and paying for service, they place the order on the counter and after a while they remember to call the number. It should be noted that the store was not very busy so people had to take orders and leave them to God. Very bad experience! Burger King NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a burger with a drink and fries. The cold, soft potatoes and the burger had absolutely nothing to do with the photo. Reheated and soft, small, a paste in the middle with very little of the advertised ingredients. On top of that, the burger I ordered, apparently (it's not seen in the photos nor is it visibly advertised) is served on a brioche bun. Maybe this information should be visible. A burger served on a brioche bun is like serving a steak between two slices of wedding cake. It doesn't remind anyone, much less the customer. Simply horrible. Never again

I hereby express my dissatisfaction with this establishment,Not only for the customer service but for the lack of care with the edible products they provide to customers.I ordered woper for myself, a bacon cheddar duo for my wife and me, and the most important thing would be for my eight year old little one,Who ordered a chiken cheese kueen,The cheddar cheese was not melted and it was cold so my wife asked to melt the cheese which would not be correct.The employee's response that the cheese was yes, it was not meant to melt, next door the colleague responds that it had come directly from the chest and did not have time to melt.I would just like the teams from this and other places like this where they are working because they have clients to come by. If they run out of customers they won't have work, but then don't complain about being replaced by robots. Fight for customer satisfaction and they fought for you, otherwise they will be replaced by machines. I hope the next visit goes better.

Bad service, bad service.I ordered the Bacon Double Cheese XL menu, it doesn't match the image plus sauce.After sitting down I noticed that they didn't even add bacon. After complaining, they added the bacon, i.e. a small sample.I went back to the counter to ask for the sauce which they also forgot.
Arrived in Portugal today including children.. burger king.. the burgers like on the street fast food.. after I ordered a long chiken and unfortunately had to bring it back... it had no resemblance to the long chik. Attached photo of the second long chik.! The worst are the appearance and taste.
