Lots of variety of food, all excellent. For a quick break to eat or drink, this place offers lots of options with fast service ?

It's as bad as it's ever been, with almost no one there, what was it and what is it?
Service: 2
It's in decline, it doesn't even compare to the bakery it once was.
Unfriendly employees with no competence in serving the public. Products lost quality.
One less customer.

We arrived at the place at 1:10 pm, we left at 1:50 pm without our order arriving at the table. We ordered toast, 2 loaves of milk with butter, a coffee, 1 half of barley milk and a small dish (pregnant's wish). As soon as we placed the order, the coffee and half of milk arrived, which I thought was bad because they would get cold and the coffee would die, but we didn't say anything. Then came the little dish, it was good. After waiting for so long and tired of hearing the staff shouting around the room saying they didn't want to know, etc., we decided to leave. We had the decency to pay for the little dish I ate and the coffee that my husband had already iced so as not to leave without eating anything. When we got to the cashier we were told that we only paid for what we consumed, not even an apology or trying to find out what happened. I have never gotten up from a place and left without really experiencing sad service, staff with no patience among themselves, much less for customers who got up to get cutlery, bread, etc. I saw when leaving the bathroom that someone was putting butter on toast (I don't know if it was ours) and the colleague asked for it to be delivered to which the employee replied that she didn't know where it was and that she didn't want to know.

In addition to the service being very arrogant, without the basics of education, we came on a Sunday at 1pm when the food displays had at least 4 food options there, but we were only presented with 2.
As I had seen that there was sirloin, I felt like ordering that, but as it could have been for take away or another reason why they didn't mention that option, I ended up ordering something else.
We chose to just order what they told us they had, chicken and tripe.
Chicken served on a platter with some cold pieces and some hot
Cold casings as if they had just been taken out of the fridge
I ask for the tripe to be heated, it takes 20 minutes to do this, but the tripe arrives, again cold but with the dish hot.
I ask to speak to the store manager because in addition to this happening, there was not even an apology and the chicken is still eaten cold, but the intestines are not (they were not cooled, they were colder than the drink)
They refuse to let me speak to the person in charge, saying that I can only speak to a counter employee, I reinforce that I want to speak to the person in charge, as I don't want to take it out on an employee, I want to send a message to improve logistics, they laugh in my face saying he wasn't there
I ask another employee, he says he is there, but he is busy, so I told that employee what happened and only he of the entire staff apologized for what happened.
I feel sad knowing that clueless people are working in the restaurant business, because I feel obligated to leave a plate full of tripe uneaten, because more than an hour has passed and I haven't had lunch.
To complete my negative experience, when I'm heading to the exit, I find that the displays continue with other different meal options, including the one I would order if they let me.
In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend it unless you like bad service, being forced to ask for another option and if you like eating tripe straight from the fridge, but on a hot plate.

Had the Wednesday special; a traditional Francesinhra Portuguese sandwich with a beer ... it was brilliant and the sauce amazing. The staff were friendly and it was fun watching them cook it fresh. They were keen to engage with us even though we don't speak Portuguese. Excellent value for money, especially when compared to prices on the Ribeira.

This bakery was my favorite in Matosinhos, unfortunately it is no longer the Ferreira it used to be with service, care and quality. I was disillusioned
This afternoon I went with my mother to the establishment and we went in as we always do, when they came to ask us what to order we asked for 2 tropical juices (as we always order) and 2 drumsticks, when we arrived we found two drumsticks, all normal, but 2 tropical juices with a mixture of flavors (anyone who has ever drunk them knows that the flavors come separately and the customer mixes them) we asked to take them back because besides that mistake it was EXTREMELY sweet, they finally brought us the right order.
I've been a Ferreira customer since I was little and I'm sorry the quality has gone downhill.
