Had the Wednesday special; a traditional Francesinhra Portuguese sandwich with a beer ... it was brilliant and the sauce amazing. The staff were friendly and it was fun watching them cook it fresh. They were keen to engage with us even though we don't speak Portuguese. Excellent value for money, especially when compared to prices on the Ribeira.
Quality products. The employees should pay more attention to customer requests... I asked for a half of decaffeinated milk and later realized it was a half of normal milk, as I'm intolerant to coffee...
Confeitaria Ferreira, since it changed hands they have tried to do the best they can to be the house it always was......But the staff I leave are all new people and it is far from being what it was.....At a level everything is very different, the house it was before these new owners, it was as if it were our house, I have nothing against it but there are different nationalities and before it was all people I knew from Matosinhos.. But everything changes and the bosses are from...
