Terrible place to eat, terrible food, bad service, the only thing is lulas solteadadas (grilled squid with garlic and parsley) the star dish of Portugal is grilled bacallau that I ate many times and I love it, in the don peixe fatal bad bad Bad it tasted terrible and we didn't even eat it, I even tried it and I felt terrible, I told the waiter and he was even upset, but the bill made it as if we ate it all, embarrassing, we didn't have dessert or coffee. To never return in life.

We were fishing for a simple lunch, far from home, and we caught this - not - so hidden gem. The food was scrumptious. Everyone could share food, as it was in pots. The wait was only a little long, but it was worth it. The service was excellent, and the waiter made sure we got everything we needed. We ended the lunch with a delicious flan. By the end, we were practically licking our plates. It was a nice, calm atmosphere, and it was a perfect lunch. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves seafood and even those who don’t!

Terrible disappointment. I have eaten in many places around the world. but they make you wait 1 hour before you can order or get something to drink. I now regret that I didn't leave, but they quickly serve some bread and olives then they sit at the table. Then the food, fries, soup that was cold, when it wasn't finished yet they already came with the grilled sardines and fries that were undercooked. My wife ordered prawns and got octopus??? Having said this, we suddenly got prawns??? Ultimately, after almost 3 hours further, I paid way too much for crappy food!! I had imagined something different. You won't see this tourist again, you probably think so It's a shame, it's a shame to ruin such good products!!,??

We came to this restaurant because we were recommended it by our hotel. Unfortunately, it was not what we expected.
Upon arrival, we were ignored for a long time and there was no reason for that as they were not terribly busy. The waiters you could tell were not very friendly and they were busy smoking on the side instead of wanting to serve the guests. After waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, I had to eventually solicit service to order our food. The hostess wasn’t very friendly either. The truth is that the service was terrible, the man who served us was not friendly, on top of that he was super slow. We are tourists and we pay, nothing is given, they should improve in that part or else they better not work.
I will say that the salmon was delicious, but the calamari was just OK.
Not worth returning as there are several of these similar restaurants such as this on this main street and we will certainly choose a different one in the future.
