Terrible service, we ordered pizza for dinner on site and were served with a delivery box and disposable cutlery, the excuse was that there was no cutlery on site for food, a store the size of Dominos doesn't offer the minimum of decent cutlery to cut a poorly made pizza and cold, with super cold air conditioning making it unpleasant to stay in the place and with dirty tables. Terrible service, terrible atmosphere and I don't recommend anyone going to this place to eat.

The service is very poor. Yesterday I ordered dinner for Delevery and I waited over 1 hour and when I called they said I would still have to wait another 1 hour. When it came to canceling, they made a mistake, they canceled mine and my partner's when they were only supposed to cancel 1.

Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience. Very bad indeed! It was asked to reduce the air conditioning as it was exaggeratedly very cold, draft because the door was also open. We were told that it was not possible to reduce the air conditioning and the door had to be open. We asked if it was possible to put two tables together outside as it was hotter outside than inside the room, but we were not allowed. The lady, who was in front of the cashier, was very unpleasant and reinforced the request to another employee who went to her to reduce the air conditioning, she replied that it was not possible and we asked if it was possible to close the door, the answer was: Neither. I don't recommend it at all, with great regret. The dining area must be comfortable for the client and there must be no need to eat lunch or make fun of the client, as the environment became increasingly colder over the next few minutes. In short and in conclusion, they lost 6 customers in this bad experience.
