Subject: Complaint about the poor quality of food and service in the restaurant Dear people responsible for the establishment, I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent experience I had at your restaurant. After several attempts to order the meat at the right point, I was served with a dish where the meat was extremely undercooked, as can be seen in the photo I took at the time. This situation is unacceptable, especially considering that I have informed you of my preference several times. Furthermore, when trying to address the issue with the owner of the establishment, I was shocked by her lack of empathy and professionalism. Even when we explained that there was a pregnant woman in the group and that we were concerned about food safety, her response was disrespectful and alarming. The answer given "blood is good for the baby" is not only careless, but also dangerous. It is regrettable that, in an establishment that presents itself as humble and welcoming, the lack of humility and respect is evident on the part of the administration. Regardless of the level of luxury of the environment, a minimum standard of quality and customer service is expected, which clearly has not been achieved. I am deeply disappointed by this experience and hope that appropriate measures are taken to ensure that situations like this do not occur again in the future.

I went to this restaurant for the first time, I don't recommend it at all. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:40 pm for a birthday dinner, when we arrived the starters were already on the table, however, the dinner was due at 10:15 pm where they put a menu on the table that was not chosen, where the food came from another table I had leftovers and the food was heated, the chosen menu was served mirandesa, I am pregnant, I can't eat the steak as it is normally served, my boyfriend ordered it more than 3 times and asked for it to be well done and it always came out the same. People at the table went to talk to the person in charge/owner who was always right, without trying to understand, and still in a tone of irony said that we were being offered another dish and we were still complaining, when the subject was about the meat undercooked for a pregnant woman, she said that she was also pregnant and that the blood was only good for her. Then she walked to the edge of our table, without apologizing in any way, she just looked and after being confronted, she raised her voice and began to be provocative. I entered the restaurant at 8:40 pm and the only thing I ate was fries. I don't recommend it at all, lack of education, lack of empathy, humility and humanism.
