The service was excellent friendly and so welcoming from Moona (sp) she was very patient and spoke great English. Great house vino verde, to accompany awesome just what I was in the mood for seafood. Simply fabulous.

I ordered a special francesinha at this take-out restaurant and the francesinha came with the cheese all stuck to the lid of the paper packaging. It is not acceptable for a restaurant to charge €13.95 for a francesinha and not take care to send the food well packaged. Furthermore, the special francesinha supposedly contains shrimp as indicated on the menu, and it didn't even come with that. The steak was also completely banal for a francesinha of this price. The amount paid is not in question as long as there was quality, but from the presentation to the content it was a disappointment.

I was having lunch at this restaurant, as I do many times, and we were served by a very friendly waitress. When she brought us the food, we found that it was cold. She went to call the person in charge and he arrogantly asked us if we wanted the regrettable food to be heated.
