We visited Mr.Binho out of curiosity and because we had been told about it, but honestly we weren't impressed. The service, although quick, was not very attentive... the sushi had a lot of sauces and honestly we were not surprised by the pieces and flavors... the environment was super noisy, loud music... and honestly not very suitable for the space... we expected more.

Terrible food!! Sorry, but clearly not prepared by people with true knowledge of sushi preparation or simply lacking rigor or palate. The rice is terrible, too gelatinous with a bad flavor, the seaweed was always soft and wet, even the fish in the sashimi had a bad taste and a slimy texture. The crepes are oily and have a horrible taste. The positive thing is that the restaurant is beautiful, the staff was attentive, but the food is what counts. And it’s not worth it, much less at the prices charged. I love Japanese food, I eat sushi frequently and in different restaurants, I've been to Japan, and this is not at all considered quality sushi. Perhaps more training for chefs and better quality of ingredients is needed. It's my feedback.

I didn't like sushi until I tried this. Simply divine.
The only criticism is the service: there was a reservation but there was one more person - the employee was reluctant to add a seat despite the restaurant being completely empty. Furthermore, they made a mistake with the bill and it took a long time to correct and leave (more than 20 minutes).
But for those who eat good sushi, it's the right place.

The first visit to the restaurant was worth it, attentive, without much delay. On the second visit, there was some confusion despite the room not having many customers. Half an hour to wait for the drinks to be brought and 45 minutes for the sushi to be brought. Normal sushi, nothing special and doesn't justify the waiting time. We ordered 2 caipirinhas and 1 mojito and they brought the opposite. Green question, I understand. One drawback, the flambéed pineapple came with the center and cutting it with a spoon while it is dipped in liquor, becomes an adventure in doing everything possible not to spill liquid onto the other tables. Thanks for dinner.
The service started out very slowly, requiring me to spend around 10 to 15 minutes trying my luck for the attendant to see me to place the order. After ordering 3 starters, a simple sunomono took a long time to be served and we had to question the attendant about the sunomono to which he replied that it was a dish that took a long time to prepare. Afterwards we wanted to order some temakis but we ended up giving up and asking for the bill because we waited another 10 to 15 minutes luckily enough for the attendant to notice that we were calling for him. The room only had 3 tables with customers. I've been going to Mr Binho for many years and I've never had a bad experience like this. Because what is supposed to be a relaxed and tasting moment ends up becoming stressful. I hope you take my criticism as constructive.

The product of all its preparations is remarkably fresh, which makes each bite an explosion of flavor. I also want to mention the treatment by the staff, which has been impeccable.
