Stopped here for a nibble and a couple of drinks this week.... lovely ham, Alhambra beer and the guy made my wife a beautiful white port, passion fruit, tonic cooler.... really attentive service, loved the place - really good service, try the Coalheiros white wine from the Alentejo - you won't be disappointed!!!

Such a wonderful experience! The food is absolutely superb with great value for money. The ambience is relaxed and the staff is super friendly an very accommodating. We got to try lots of local delicacies and felt so much at home here that we went there almost every other evening in the two weeks we stayed in Matosinhos. The red sangria is excellent - the white sangria is without a doubt the best we've ever had. It's worth coming here just for that, to be honest.
I wish we could have stayed in Porto longer just to enjoy another wonderful night there again.

Regrettable experience, we arrived at dinner and asked for a board of appetizers. After 1 hour of waiting I asked for our order and not only had it not been prepared but the manager had not sent the order to the kitchen. When I went to ask, there was no apology but rather the treatment was rude and unpleasant, as if they were doing us a favor. Incomprehensible how a restaurant can be run with such incompetent staff!!! I do not recommend and I certainly do not plan to return.

The wine list is fantastic with fair prices, which is not normal. The decor is delicious. Very well decorated with a rustic touch. I didn't expect to find something like this in the Matosinhos market. I highly recommend the restaurant for the price, flavor and service. We will certainly be back. Congratulations especially for the service and friendliness.
