The perfect local restaurant to spend our last day in Porto.Homemade plates of fish and meat served with rice and potatoes, with a lovely side salad.Go for the plate of croquettes to start!Family of four, 1/2 litre of wine, started and main for €32. Amazing.Oh - take cash. The machine probably won’t accept your none Portuguese card.
My family and I really enjoy coming here.It's a family run business with wonderful, home-style food.Starters tend to be homemade patties and pâtés, the soup is top notch, the food is incredible and the homemade desserts are a treat. The chocolate mousse mostly.And the quality-price ratio is as appealing as the friendliness of the staff.Highly recommend!
There is an option for a full menu for €20 per person, but we were not as hungry, so we opted for the haddock fish fillets after a starter of croquets. Both tasted absolutely delicious and I would definitely recommend these. Portions are generous and service is fast; despite the language barrier there...
