Restaurante Neto in Matosinhos offers average starters but an outstanding beef tenderloin francesinha, one of the best ever tried. The sauce is a favorite, and they offer vegetarian options and a chicken swap for the francesinha. The sangria is a highlight, served uniquely with a burning torch. The special francesinha and filha burger were incredible, both flavor and quantity. All the staff were very nice and very quick service. The staff are also really nice. The atmosphere is cool, very chill with subdued lights and neon decor. The meat is quality. Parking is limited to street spots. Great for celebrations and photos.
