2 hours to deliver a pizza, after several phone calls. They promised (sub manager D. Ana) not to charge, when the delivery man arrived, he knew nothing about it... I paid for the pizza. It was almost cold. A shame. Lack of professionalism and quality. They should eradicate this company from the market. Never fool me again

We asked for the pizza Rodízio for two. Advertisement says all you can eat non end, that's not how it works...you can order just 2 pizzas either with 2 toppings or 4 toppings, you get free soda and the price is good. The pizzas were good, nothing special. The place looks very old, some of the seat's leather is cracking, all the tables had previous customers trays, so we had to clean the table ourselves. The girl at the counter was not a friendly person, it seems that she was not happy with us not knowing how their Rodízio works. A poor experience overall.

It was 05/25/2024. My friends and I were at home and we didn't feel like cooking. So we decided to place an order at this establishment, having paid almost 2 euros more for them to come and deliver the house. However, the man on the motorbike did not bring the 4 loaves of garlic that we paid for, but only brought 2. When we showed him the error, he said that it was not possible to return the money for the loaves that he did not bring, so we decided to ask him to come. take the missing food. It took an hour to bring 2 loaves of garlic. The pizza was good, that's why I didn't give it 1 star. The frozen pingo doce garlic bread doesn't lose anything to that one.

40 minutes waiting for 2 medium pizzas and in the end 2 pizzas arrived that had nothing to do with the order! This is not the first time that the service has left something to be desired, however I have never been so sorry for having given almost €25 for this house! If you want terrible service, with terrible professionalism and working methods, this is the place!

Made an order via Uber Eats. The pizza never arrived and the store never reached out to me. Uber Eats was very supportive as the fault was entirely of this establishment.
