From the outside you can't tell that it's a restaurant, the menu is told to us by the owner who is an excellent host and likes to talk to customers. The food arrives quickly at the table in generous and tasty portions (lamb stew and barrosã steak). To be repeated when we return to these parts.

Typical family restaurant. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. And the food is the best. You could notice the homemade flavor in everything except the fries, which are still very good. We ate grilled cuttlefish with ink and grilled steaks and it came in quantities that would feed 2 more adults to eat. It should be noted that even at the end, the owner approached us and even offered to bake some more if we wanted more.
Freshly toasted cream milk and rice pudding, the best I've ever tasted!! Visit the place and you won't regret it!!

It has a village café atmosphere, but these are always the best. Great food, super cheap (we repeated several things and nothing was charged for it) and the man who served us was as friendly and helpful as possible

Very good food: traditional and with fresh, well-cooked ingredients.
Well served, we were 4 people and we ordered a portion of lizards and one of cuttlefish, it was perfect.
We had to wait a little for a table but it was worth the wait, the manager was super friendly and attentive and provided a table at the entrance with some regional starters and some fine dishes.
A place to repeat, without a doubt!

A difficult restaurant to review. As far as the food is concerned, I can only say excellent, both in quality, quantity, preparation and finally presentation. The owner's friendliness is practically unsurpassable, and honesty and a sense of justice go the same way. However, there are some things that could be improved, regarding the service and atmosphere of the restaurant, but none of this diminishes the satisfaction with what you eat, I will come back whenever I stop by here.

Delicious food during a lunch stop. Even though we didn't speak Portuguese and the staff didn't really speak English, we still received friendly help. The portions of meat are gigantic, but it tasted good. Not expensive at all for what you get.
