For more than 15 years, Paragem has become mandatory, ever since it opened its doors to us on a cold March night and Mr. Zé brought delight after delight to our table, ending with an unforgettable cream cheese and mango mousse that we always ordered. save. Every year, with the exception of 2023, we go there to delve into the best of Alentejo cuisine: the best migas, the best grain stew, the best cuts of black pork and so on. Even the pizzas are above average. This was the first time I returned with the new management and everything was as good as before. Wonders continue to emerge from the kitchen, enhancing the raw material, and when this is the case and friendly and effective service is added to the operation, it is almost impossible to fail. Fair prices and generous portions. Congratulations, good luck, and may our returns continue to warm up.
