Piglet ordered for New Year's Eve. Ice cream (baked the day before and delivered around 5pm the next day!), “à negrais” and not “à Mealhada” as I ordered, and the price was higher than what was agreed on the phone. I complained the same day and they told me they would call me the following week! I'm still waiting. If you don't have the capacity to serve well, in quantity, serve less, but with quality. Will keep customers! As long as I remember I won't be ordering more!
