A shame of a restaurant, more than 1 hour waiting for the food..and in the end they were still telling other customers that the kitchen would take more than 1 hour I don't recommend it

Excellent food, tasty, we ordered picanha which was very juicy and exactly what we ordered. Service a little slow and disorganized. It's a shame they don't focus on homemade desserts.

We didn't like it at all, we just left and it was terrible, a lot of time for them to take our order, and I don't count the time for them to bring us the food... everything was super slow and with a small child... the food nothing special...

Dirty bread basket, with mini slices of toasted bread and 3 slices of dry country bread. 45 minutes waiting for a meal that ended up arriving with no excuses for the delay and it was still incomplete. The bill was presented to be paid, which had not reached the table.

CRITICIZE WITH TIP AT THE END ♥
After a beautiful visit to the Mira de Aire caves we went to the restaurant that we thought was from the same group and that it must be good... (we were very mistaken). When we arrived there was a lot of confusion among the waitresses as there were several free tables but we were forced to wait for a waitress to decide which table we would have (I don't know why), then they informed us about the delay in the food... we went to the table and were half an hour away waiting to order the food and 1:30h (ONE AND A HALF HOUR!) waiting for the food to come. He saved our bread and olives... we even had time to leave the table and go see the animals around us... when the food arrived we immediately noticed that the squid skewers were very few because despite being two sticks, they weren't that When pressed tightly, it would only fit on a stick...
In the end we spoke to whoever was at the cashier receiving payments about the doses being very small and she looked at us with her mouth open and said that it was two sticks which was what the dose was supposed to be... we paid and left there quickly. run to NEVER COME BACK!

TIP: bring sandwiches or other easy-to-go food because there are lots of picnic tables and you'll definitely have a full belly this way :)

Mr. Paulo is a good host. Everything was as expected and we were still surprised by the quality and hospitality. The reminder remains that we have to return because it was worth the trip.

We went to visit the caves and had lunch there and I have to say that we loved it! From reception to the end. We were very well attended to, the servers were very polite and friendly, the food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. I recommend it 100%

The waiters completely ignore you, they waited for about an hour to at least put water on the table and pay attention. When we placed our order we waited another hour. The landing was 50%, then 40-30%. Terrible service.

Almost an hour in line, total disorganization, completely out of the question, I tried to book and they don't make reservations, I don't recommend it, terrible!

ATTENTION to all parents with infants. They will not be welcome, much less well received. They are immediately shocked by the time, they leave a warning that the food will take a while, a delay of over 50 minutes. And they don't look kindly on it. Babies are not welcome. Nothing to wish them. Close the doors please

I waited 1 hour for some squid and a steak.
My squid was raw, with the central bone still unremoved, which would be a danger if they were for a smaller one.
The steak was acceptable.
Despite the somewhat affordable prices, it is something to avoid.

After our tour through the stalactite cave, we wanted to eat something here. Even though it was close to closing time, we received a warm welcome. We had grilled salmon and shrimp, both of which were very tasty. The service was also very friendly. Always my pleasure!
