We ate very well but they asked us to leave the table because they had people waiting for the place even though our grandson had not finished his ice cream! We finished it outside!

One of the best, if not the best, place to eat in Miranda do Douro. Great food, well prepared, well served and abundant. Extremely friendly owner and very professional and efficient employees. Despite the apparent queue at the door, it takes very little time and is definitely worth the wait!

Upon reading the comments we had no doubt to try it. But when waiting on the street, those waiting told us that it was the best restaurant in Miranda do Duero. And we really enjoyed the food. The food was incredible but the restaurant does not accept card payments, we had to go to a town 30 minutes away to withdraw money and come back because the ATMs in the town were not working.

The place is just home-made food, but they serve everything very good and abundant. The Golden Cod was very delicious and the salad was complete and with fresh and natural ingredients. The service was very good and the waitress guided us quite well. The desserts are all homemade and the flan and cheesecake stand out. It's usually full in high season but we weren't waiting long. If you visit Miranda and want some homemade food without great pretensions, this may be your place.
