“Passing through Moimenta da Beira as a pilgrim on the Camino Torres I had the pleasure of stopping in this place for lunch and dinner. I must say that I am fully satisfied with the treatment I received despite my poor command of Portuguese. I found attentive and friendly staff who made me feel at home. As for the food, I must say that I ate very well at reasonable prices. Would I recommend it? Absolutely.“

“Chef Thomas Egger welcomed us and made us pleasantly acquainted. The menu was explained so that we could order the dishes as desired.
Starter was a simple salad for two people: due to the freshness of the products, this simple salad was still great.
We both had the grilled sea bream as our main course. Also very tasty.
We especially loved the Vinho Verde, Thomas Egger's own product, which, slightly sour and softly sparkling, perfectly matched our dishes and the summer weather.
There is also a cozy atmosphere in the restaurant.“
