I went to get 4 kebabs on my plate today and the meat they served me (veal) came without even being toasted. The lady cut the meat and didn't even let it brown, she just cut it to serve it faster.
I got home and to my surprise, as I had never had this happen to me at Doner Kebab in Alcochete (which is owned by the same owner), there were bits of tiny bones in some pieces of meat.
I don't understand what happened, but given my displeasure I called the restaurant and the employee answered me, after listening carefully to my dissatisfaction and telling me that no one in the restaurant had complained:
“WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO TO YOU NOW?”
I didn't demand money, I simply thought I was owed an apology or a way of trying to understand what was happening, as I didn't call because I felt like it or completely for nothing, I called because I needed someone to clarify what was going on.
They should better understand who they hire, both to cut meat without being cooked/toasted or to answer the establishment's telephone and not know how to speak to the public.

We visited this space twice in April. The space is beautiful and spacious. Still, it can get a little noisy when hosting groups. That's what happened this last time. The service was spectacular, both the first and second time (it was the same guy who served us both times). The drumms were delicious!!We recommend and will repeat!Videos and photos from the first trip.

The King didn't have the kebab machine working. Just burgers and pizzas. Desole.
Excellent, the atmosphere is different from most kebab places out there, very beautiful and presentable, clean and pleasant. Solicitous and helpful throughout the service. Normally weekdays are quieter, Fridays and Saturdays are usually full. The kebabs are very good and very large, the price is affordable and fair for the size and quality it is. OPTION of drinks such as a very cold Sagres mug and also a glass Coca Cola, surprisingly positive and elegant. Great option for a great experience with kebabs and the like.

I confess that I am not a fan of Kebabs, but from time to time I will eat... but I will eat at a single and exclusive place, at "Rei do Doner Kebab", both at the Moita establishment and at the Alcochete establishment. In fact, it was at the Alcochete establishment, a few years ago that I tried tasting Kebabs and it wasn't bad at all given the reluctance I had towards this delicacy with origins in the Middle East, being one of the most typical dishes in Turkey. Originally Kebas were meat skewers which evolved into a type of pressed meat roll (Doner Kebab). As I mentioned, the experience was pleasant, not because of the Kebab itself, but because of the house itself, from the hygiene to the friendly service, as well as the quality of the ingredients. The most recent establishment King of Doner Kebab, combined with all the advantages listed above, the magnificent decoration of the house. Not being a self-confessed fan of Kebabs, I was very pleased and from time to time I will try a Kebab there, whether it be a kebab on a plate, doner kebab or drum kebab... But only at the King of Doner Kebab. On my next visit I have to try the pizzas which look very good.Congratulations to the management and all the staff at Rei do Doner Kebab for the art of welcoming and serving their customers.
