Experience not to be repeated!We went as a couple to have a cold drink during the afternoon. In addition to the notable dislike of the owner, apparently, we had to wash our drinks and glasses for the table because “there are only two of us and we couldn’t carry everything”! I'll mention again that there were only two of us and we only ordered ready-made drinks in bottles! Obviously it doesn't hurt us to bring the drinks ourselves, but given the situation: we are paying for a service, there is practically no one in the establishment and we have ordered something super simple, it doesn't seem right to me. It seemed much more appropriate to ask for our understanding for any delay. Everything is further exacerbated by the employee/manager's lack of friendliness and obvious rudeness.We decided to give it a second chance, as we were staying nearby and because of my boyfriend's wishes, and went to dinner in the same place. Ridiculously small doses at ridiculously high prices for the quantity and quality!We will not repeat the experience!

I'll never set foot there again. And I'm going to tell everyone I know what happened to me because it's a matter of life and death. I wanted to buy an ice cream for my daughter Alice who has a very serious allergy to hard shell fruits. It is a deadly allergy - she always has to carry adrenaline injections with her in case she is in contact with hard shell fruits (hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts etc). So when I buy ice cream or any food, I have to read the packages very carefully to see if they even contain traces of hard-shelled fruits.I was attacked while I was just reading the ingredients of some ice creams by a man of little sympathy who told me that if I touched the ice creams I had to buy them, that I couldn't read the ingredients or anything. I was shocked!!! I explained to him that this had never happened to me and I have been to many cafes to buy ice cream for my children. When I tried to explain to him that I had to read the details of the ingredients before buying, that my daughter could die suddenly and there was no hospital in Moncao, he replied 'I almost died a few minutes ago too' and got very aggressive. I didn't want to buy ice cream there as they didn't offer me any solutions or any compassion for my daughter's serious situation. I left there and I stayed outside crying, I was traumatized but there was another very sweet employee who consoled me and apologized - I am very grateful to this gentleman for his kindness in my distress. Because I understand that there are people who mess with the ice cream and that is not done but in my case it was because I needed to see the ingredients because of my daughter's severe allergy and I didn't do anything wrong. I hope that this gentleman, if he has the slightest sensitivity, thinks carefully about what happened because catering establishments have a legal obligation to take customers' allergies seriously. When I told him that she could die in the cafe if we bought the wrong ice cream, he said he didn't care that he had almost died recently too! If you don't believe me, I can send you proof of my daughter's deadly allergy, the injection she takes with her every day. Believe me sir, I would like not to have to worry about that, I would like my daughter to be able to enjoy an ice cream like her brothers but I have to be very careful and I only spent a few seconds reading the ice cream packaging - reading just the poster is not It is accurate enough to see all the details to see if there are traces of fruits with a hard shell.It's a real danger to deal with people like that when it's a matter of life and death for a child. My daughter also left crying... no one in my family or anyone I know will go back there and I will tell my story to everyone I meet because I don't want this to happen again with someone who has allergies/anaphylaxis. And that's why I want to write this - to avoid the same trauma for others and above all to put a life at risk due to lack of understanding. And the law to take care of customers with deadly food allergies. I hope they do so in the future to avoid the stress we had for others.Horrible experience indeed.

Dietary restrictions: You have to be very careful when going there - because this restaurant is not at all concerned in my experience with the food intolerances of the customers. A real danger!!

Courage... LET'S FLEE!!!We used to come every summer and always had very good memories. Unfortunately radical change whether in terms of service or price.Despite quality dishes ... I can only strongly encourage you to avoid this restaurant. The service is of a rare mediocrity! Forget drinks, after 2 reminders, the wine was not good, the beer either... as for the dishes, between the 1st and the 9th there was a 45 minute gap! Anyway... Despite sharing the same table, my family and I neither drank nor ate together.No excuses and no commercial gesture...
