“We’ve been going to Alagoa bar/cafe for a few years, it’s by far the most friendliest and welcoming place for drinks and snacks no matter what time of the day (or evening). The owners speak good English and nothing is too much trouble. Food is fresh and home cooked, and the drinks are very reasonably priced. “Local tapas bar in Santa Luzia. Quick 5 minute drive from centre of Tavira. Well worth it for fresh seafood. Excellent tapas. The tuna will melt in your mouth. The town is famous for being the Octopus capital of Portugal. Their octopus salad is to die for. Highly recommend.“
