But based on that, I can't understand the rave reviews of this place. OK price performance absolutely fine. Olives and salads as starters were very good, but I can't understand 4 to 5 stars for grilled chicken with fries.

Great little roadside restaurant. The unique dish: piri piri chicken and home fries are delicious. The ham as a starter is famous. Meringue and walnut tart for dessert, a treat. The owner and the waitress are very nice. Unbeatable value for money. €36.80 with 4 beers, 2 coffees, ham, bread, carrots, olives, 2 desserts and 2 main courses. It's simple and homemade. To try with your eyes closed. thank you for your kindness

It is better to book before coming.Unique menu: tomatoes, onions, peppers in vinaigrette, then THE famous Piri piri chicken accompanied by homemade fries. This is chili chicken cooked on the barbecue, it is possible to add sauce for chili lovers.As an aperitif, I highly recommend the raw ham which is a real delight!With two drinks for the aperitif and two menus, we paid less than €40 for two people.Simple place, tasty cuisine, warm welcome.
