Clean, great service, great staff, great rooms, pool and spa. Hated the plastic cups for alcoholic drinks. Found that ridiculous but sincerely was a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. Staff very attentive.

This resort is excellent from the modern suites to all the included activities and staff. I highly recommend the spa circuit. Additionally, we enjoyed breakfast with an amazing view, guided hike, a pizza workshop and cooling off in the pool!

The hotel is very confusing, because it has too many rooms and to many elevators. it´s not easy to get around. I had food poisening at the buffet from the restaurant of the hotel and no one helped or even cared. It´s a shame because the rooms are excellent and very big, the outdoor pool is great and is well located.

From the moment we arrived the staff where welcoming and happy to help in any way they could. The resort is beautiful with 3 pools, a adult inside pool, a outside pool with a bar and mountain views then a inside pool. The room was incredible, the beds the biggest I've ever seen and the Aircon was perfect. I do not have 1 complaint and strongly recommend this resort. I wasn't confident enough to drive but the hotel was happy enough to arrange taxis for me, I then would get a uber back as it worked out cheaper. Myself and my husband had a spa day what was a beautiful experience, we then got to enjoy the spa facilities for €10 euros.

Absolutely stunning hotel with fantastic views of mountains and the Algarve coast and so relaxing away from the hustle and bustle. All staff of the hotel went the extra mile to provide assistance and check if you had any issues and importantly, help resolve them. A true 5 star hotel at a very reasonable price for a luxurious suite.

We had a fabulous 10 night stay and we enjoyed every minute . The staff are so friendly and helpful . The place was spotlessly clean. Rooms cleaned everyday without fail. The suite we had was lovely with a huge bed and wonderful views from the balcony. The food in all areas was fantastic .! We had fabulous meals every time . The breakfasts were amazing . Everything and more was available. My wife used the spa and loved the massages etc. I loved the pool with the bar very handy ! . Thank you for our stay . We would definitely stay again . Best wishes to you all .

Os quartos são espaçosos e muito confortáveis, restaurante com esplanada muito agradável, pequeno almoço com muita variedade e qualidade, as 3 piscinas são muito boas, o SPA muito bom e o atendimento de todos os funcionários é excelente. Garagem com possibilidade de carregamento de viaturas eléctricas.

O hotel tem todas as infraestruturas dum 5 estrelas, mas podia ser melhor em alguns aspectos. A oferta no almoço está resumida a snacks, pelo menos foi a lista apresentada. Ao jantar o menu é reduzido e duas propostas são bochechas de porco e peito de frango, que para um hotel de 5 estrelas acho um pouco pobre. O pequeno almoço embora seja bom já fiquei em hotéis de 4 estrelas com mais variedade. Se o complexo estiver cheio a piscina é pequena embora tenha outra coberta. O sinal de TV e internet é muito mau, principalmente o da TV.Os preços do SPA são de 5 estrelas. Como pontos positivos menciono os colaboradores, a cama King Size da suite que fiquei, a oferta diária dum café e água, da sala de jogos com máquina de jogos vintage que me levou a adolescência e a pizzaria com boas pizzas a preços simpáticos. Resumindo a minha experiência foi positiva mas esperava mais dum hotel de 5 estrelas, principalmente no que diz respeito à alimentação.

If you want to escape the buzz of the coastline, take a 20 min drive from Portimao. This hotel is super cool. We had an apartment with a view. The staff was so friendly, the food was great, the pool was used by my children for hours. It was an amazing stay. Thank you very much

Hotel com atendimento 5 estrelas. O hotel está em boas condições, o pessoal é muito atencioso e simpático, a comida é ótima e o SPA é maravilhoso! Recomendo uma visita, no mínimo 3 noites, menos que isso vão achar pouco!

5 days at the Monchique resort was Amazing, bed was huge, Place was super clean and the apartment was bigger than expected. 5 Stars! . . . . . Super recommended. Can't wait to come next year and try the pool and restaurant.
