“Magnifica vista. Cibo buono. Signore ai tavoli molto gentili. Non era la prima volta che mangiavo qui e l"esperienza è stata ottima come sempre. Anche in una triste (e rara in Algarve) giornata di pioggia qui abbiamo trovato un ambiente sereno e molto piacevole. “Cute shop selling sandwiches, coffee, wine & beer and local meats and cheese plates. Owner doesn’t speak much English but was very friendly and even gave us a free dessert. Very inexpensive and the place to do for a wide selection of Medronho, the local liquor.“

“Wine & Beer bar O Tasco is a located at the lovely small square of Caldas de Monchique. O Tasco offers coffee, drinks, finger food and simple dishes. Caldas de Monchique is popular with tourists and spa guests. Service is adequate. Revisiting Caldas de Monchique (first visit 1980) we were tempted for a coffee. No terrace service. You get your drink at the bar and enjoy your coffee at the simple terrace. We went for cappuccino and espresso. Both were very good“
