Incredibly delicious coffee, reasonable prices, a wonderful view and very nice service. I definitely recommend visiting, you will appreciate a cold draft beer after a long journey on foot.

Grumpy owner/ staff - coffee acceptable but not cheap - very tourist orientated. Little cafe called Alecrim 50 m just out of sight past the viewing terrace infinitely better in every way.

si vous êtes arrivés à pied et que vous avez juste besoin de vous remplir le ventre alors allez-y! ? vous n’aurez plus faim pour redescendre, et vous en aurez eu pour votre argent! en effet, moins de 5,00€ hamburger c’est pas cher… Mais c’est bien dommage, qu’il n’ai pas passé un petit coup au four… Et que la cuisson du steak haché n’est pas pu être maîtrisé…. car un hamburger, servi froid… C’est moyen… surtout qu’on a attendu 30 minutes Avant d’être servi…. Là, vous imaginez pas la déception, Tu viens de grimper à pied , Tu apprécies le cadre qui est malgré tout agréable… Tu te dis son hamburger, je vais le défoncer…,j’espère qu’il y aura quelques frites , bon à ce prix là, faut peut-être pas exagérer…!. Et là on te pose le truc dans une assiette à dessert, froid, sans sauce….Bref, on avait un truc dans le ventre , on a pu redescendre! ?

When you come up here you have to taste the cake. Fresh and super tasty. The coffee is also very good.

The snack bar is located at the top of Foia, Monchique with the accompanying wonderful views across the Algarve counrtside and coast. A welcome break for drinks and food after the climb to the top.
