Positive Points: * Serves Traditional Portuguese Food * Values regional and local products; * Interior decoration honors the memories of our grandparents' ancient times; * The Wild Boar Stew with Chestnuts (dish of the day) was tasty; * Bread slices are fluffy and possibly of the day; * Well-seasoned olives with carrots and garlic.
Negative Points: * Waiting time of more than 1 hour, even if you order Dish of the Day and there are few people in the restaurant; * Price of the Daily Dishes was higher than the Regular Menu Dishes; * The regular menu does not identify side dishes; * There were 3 Dishes of the Day (Monchique Cabbage / Wild Boar with Chestnuts / Black Pork Skewers) and the waitress who served us couldn't explain what they were like and what they included; * Me and another person asked for fries not to be served to us and our dishes ended up being served with fries; * The chunks of meat on 2 Black Pork Kebabs (dish of the day) were not completely grilled. It might need another 2 or 3 minutes for them to be grilled. The meat was very tough. It was not easy to cut or chew.

Parking: The restaurant has an outdoor car park exclusively for customers. It is located a few meters away, on the other side of the road. The road has a zebra crossing that makes it easier to get from the parking lot to the restaurant.
On a Sunday at 1:00 pm the park was packed.

The cod with cream was dry, it was cubes of potatoes with lines of cod, they forgot the cream.
Poorly prepared camel baba, composition is not homogeneous, yolks are poorly beaten.
It's just that not even coffee is used!
The views from the restaurant were worth it.
The owner has to dismantle the entire kitchen team.

Hier een glaasje drinken bij een mooi uitzicht oké, maar er eten is een afrader. Taaie steak met iets wat een pepersaus moest zijn. Het lauwe eten werd na ongeveer een uur opgediend terwijl het restaurant zo goed als leeg was. Van de 5 verschillende gerechten was er niet 1 naar tevredenheid. Misschien een aanrader voor de kok eens te gaan eten bij Peixarada in Portimao.

I felt stolen... of the day live (correct in the food.... without telling me the price.... then the waiter starts the bill and goes to see the boss come back, erases the bill and asks me for the special of the day at €15... More expensive than the à la carte dishes... the pork ribs with fries...I point it out to him and he tells me that this is the price... VERY WRONG ON HIM....So, if you are not Portuguese, but a tourist... it is absolutely necessary to avoid this dishonest establishment
