“Very welcoming restaurant.
Very friendly service (even though it was crowded).
We started with alheira and black pudding and they were divine.
For the main course, we chose charcoal-roasted cod, accompanied by mashed potatoes and greens... all very well prepared.
Only two suggestions for improvement: the quality of the coffee and decaffeinated coffee (very poor) and the lack of an option to pay by MB.

“We had a quiet cozy lunch at this location. We were immediately offered knowledge on wines and the local meat. Thanks to the waiters help we ended up having an amazing experience where we got to try very unique meat and wine.
The meat was delicious and to the point. Very very tasty and really good portions! If you do not eat a lot by yourself I would recommend getting the half portion instead.
All in all will come back whenever visiting!“

“We’re in Quinta Do Lago for a fortnight after a busy Christmas at home , on a walk around the lake on Thursday morning we spotted this restaurant and decided to try for a reservation that evening. We weren’t disappointed. The staff were all excellent , I started with fish pie and my wife had the traditional Portuguese prawns followed by sea bass and monk fish all cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed a lovely Alvarinho wine. We will return“
