Há falta de pessoal ( comum na hotelaria). Boa apresentação global. No geral foi bom.

Boa sala, vista sobre a barragem. O Lombo de Novilho estava delicioso, foi pedido no ponto bem passado e assim veio. O prato veio muito bonito. O Arroz de Camarão estava razoável. Os pratos vieram em cerca de 30 minutos. O vinho estava muito bom. Atendimento muito bom.

How sad? for the second time I came to the hotel and brought a guest, they told me that it changed ownership and staff, the staff were very unprofessional, terrible service, poorly instructed, wow I'm disappointed, speechless, for dinner I'm not even going to risk it, I'm going look for a restaurant in the area?. Disappointed . With the LOBBY BAR part.

Extremely slow and very poor service.We waited 45 minutes for 1 Iced Tea and 1 bottle of water. We ordered a cheese and sausage board which came with mosquitoes.After 2 hours we received our cold dishes.Food below expectations, particularly for the prices they charge.Definitely an experience not to be repeated. It's a shame, as it ruins the Hotel experience.

We were presented at the restaurant reception and courtesy of the chef with 2 starters (duck rice croquette).As a starter we ordered a cheese and jam board which was extraordinarily well served. As a main dish, we ordered octopus à lagareiro and, in addition to being well prepared, it was very well presented.We recommend the experience!

Unfortunately, the food here just looks good and nothing more. The “burger” for our daughter came to the table just medium rare and a small child is supposed to eat something like that…well. You probably don't have garlic, salt or other spices in the kitchen. The only 5* here is the price.The food in the lobby bar is much better and highly recommended!

The argument was that the letter was new, but, according to the older reviews, it is always time consuming. The food itself was good, but not at the price level. An experience not to be repeated.
