Not to repeat, it is so famous more than anything because of the price and the magic word is: buffet. We went to eat on the day with an orange warning due to heat in the city. They were not kind enough to turn on the air conditioning, it was incredibly hot inside. When I kindly asked them to turn on the air conditioning, the saleswoman looked at me as if I was robbing her. He didn't turn it on. Regular food going down, very low. I repeat, its reputation is for its cheapness, because the food leaves a lot to be desired. The food is average, the menu is not very extensive, the waiters don't know anything, and to make matters worse, we are going to pay and they don't accept cards when they do have a dataphone (they only accept card payments from people from Portugal).

I don't understand how negative reviews are possible... I go to several sushi restaurants throughout the Algarve and I can say that this restaurant is truly a reference! I've been going to this restaurant for many years, I've met several members of the staff who, due to their age and the years that this restaurant has had, have been replaced... Certainly some with more skill than others, but without a doubt people with great hearts and professionalism ... I've never had any problems with the food, it can certainly take longer to be served as there are few people (staff) for the number of customers, but they are the same in summer or winter (high/low season). The vast and different menu always presents good solutions and at a good price! The food is super tasty, the wines are very good and always correctly presented... the coffee or tea is very satisfying! I can say that I have been going to this restaurant for over 10 years without any problems, my best wishes to these professionals and may it always remain in these conditions!

I came here to pick up food. I was told that was not possible and that I could only sit in the restaurant to eat. Somewhat overwhelmed, I sat down at a table. Strange, because it says 'Take away' in cow letters on the window.
The concept was not explained but I found out that you had to write the numbers from the menu on a piece of paper. The food was okay, nothing special. It was also served very quickly. If you don't expect too much quality and want to eat out cheaply, this is the place.

This food was horrible, first the rice, which didn't even look like sushi rice, it was very soggy, then there were the fried foods, for example the crepes and gyozas, which had a lot of oil and the filling was very bad, then the tuna and the salmon that was very dark, had no tuna flavor and was very soft, finally the sushi filling was very soft and didn't taste good at all. What saved more or less was the vegetables on the plate and even so they were salty, that same day we ordered one and they changed two. Now I'm going to talk about the service, we ordered the vegetables on the plate, when the man came to bring them, he let the liquid drip from the food and didn't even apologize, luckily it didn't stain. I've eaten at several sushi places and this was the WORST, I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy to eat here. I hated it.
