A real disappointment! This restaurant doesn't do justice to real bifanas...
Bad service, untrained staff with no professional ethics, dirty floor, dirty counters, dishes to be tidied up and washed, "cook" taking orders without using gloves, hair and beard cap, 1 steak overly spread on the bread and excessive price for steaks, which becomes excessive due to the service provided and the unqualified final product.
I won't go back there even if I feel like it, I'll take the trip to Vendas Novas which NEVER disappoints! Sorry to see your dirty name out there.

Good evening, a terrible meal, the steaks were cold and the employees were completely inattentive to the customers, I even mentioned to the employee who served me the soups that the steaks were completely cold, he simply ignored what I said, they have no respect for the Customers who are the ones who consume and pay, for the Bosses to pay them their wages, I've been to several new steakhouses and this one was the worst of all, I don't recommend it or next time I'll complain right away and ask for the Complaints Book.

It's a shame I can't give a 0. The service is worthy of a tavern, the employees are lazy, rude, joking and refuse to serve meals after x hours. Especially an employee wearing glasses with heavy eyebrows, calling customers "dear" and always acting funny with them. Not to mention that they all swear as much as necessary behind the counter.

I ordered medium-rare veal and it came toasted. Inadequate waiting time. They were still cleaning the grill at 2pm. It was afternoon while we were waiting, only one employee. Marcos, was working as he should, trying to do his best, but a swallow doesn't make a summer.

The manager didn't record the menu I ordered, and offered me a lemonade that was actually tropical juice. Okay, I can't eat soup with my bitoque, but when you also have to wait 30 minutes without the food coming out and watch the meat cool on the plate while making the fries is already the culmination of service errors. I went. I can't talk about the food because after half an hour I decided to go eat next door, where I ate in less than 10 minutes.

Péssimo atendimento, gozam com a cara dos clientes. A partir de uma determinada hora, especialmente da parte da tarde, arranjam sempre desculpa para não atenderem os pedidos dos clientes. Ora é porque não têm o que o cliente quer, ora é porque têm que limpar a grelha. Hoje, dia 6 de agosto, por volta das 15h30 da tarde, desloquei-me ao restaurante para fazer um pedido. O espaço estava vazio, havia apenas uma pessoa à minha frente que chegou praticamente ao mesmo tempo e os funcionários estavam em plena cavaqueira uns com os outros. O que me leva a pensar que não teriam nada para fazer no momento. Assim que peço um bitoque, os funcionários começam a segredar ao ouvido um do outro e um deles avisa me que o pedido irá demorar 30 minutos porque têm que limpar a grelha. Acho curioso que só se lembrarem que a grelha teria que ser limpa, após o meu pedido e não antes, quando estavam na brincadeira entre si. O cliente à minha frente, pelo facto de já conhecer as suas manhas, avisou-os de imediato para não arranjarem desculpas para não fazer o pedido dele. Calhou-me a mim, como já me calhou outras vezes e dei sempre o benefício da dúvida. Após acontecer reiteradamente, chego à conclusão que se trata apenas e só de manha dos funcionários para não terem que atender clientes pela tarde fora, apesar do restaurante se encontrar aberto e supostamente em funcionamento. Não voltarei e farei questão de falar mal deste espaço sempre que for assunto. Estes funcionários estão a contribuir para a ruína deste restaurante e ainda são pagos para isso.
