Chimarrão Restaurant (Chimarrão)

Literally the worst chimarrao I've ever been to.
Attendants visibly unhappy with their work, throwing paper at each other and looking at the time while customers wait.
Cold food that tasted like it had been on display for so long.
Beer served in a paper cup and lack of components in the dishes.
I've had great experiences at other franchise restaurants, but this one was terrible. The service was so bad that it even affected the taste of the food.

I've tried several places in Chimarrão and this one has always satisfied me. The staff has always been friendly, the carvery (which is what I always eat) is very good and they always come and bring plenty of food. I've been to places where at a certain point they stop bringing food. The only downside is the prices, for someone who eats quite well it's justified, but in the case of my 6 year old son, for example, who eats some potatoes, a chicken leg and a sausage, it doesn't make sense to pay €8.90.
Either way, I recommend it ?

Horrible food, super salty beans and soft potatoes.
The francesinha was without any sauce and with more bread than anything else, overall it was not worth the money spent for such low quality. 22 July 2024

We asked for two menus of the day, the Serbian man told us that the menu came with rice, beans, potatoes and meat, to our surprise it only came with rice and fish fillets, when we complained he added beans and salad, but the potatoes would be the Partly, to complete the dessert that the dish was perfect for, it was a rice pudding that looked like oatmeal. Terrible!!! I do not recommend!!!!

I ordered 2 dishes to eat on the terrace, the boy filling the tank with a water hose which splashed on the food and even dropped the tray of potatoes and bananas into the water. And he still had the nerve to serve the banana on my plate. Poorly organized, they throw food haphazardly on the plate and still don't serve the imperial in a glass cup.

I was very well attended to by a cheerful and friendly gentleman. Very good service from him, it's really nice to be served. Otherwise the experience was ok... they have the Alcatra menu for €11.9, with drink and dessert. The price is a little expensive for the quality. The meat is good but everything is very basic. I thought it would be more chic.

Very bad, I accompanied my 70 year old mother in ordering at the counter, it took a long time to be served and this was for eating from a tray which should have been quicker than in the restaurant, she ordered, paid and waited, everyone left with the order and I I spent 20 minutes waiting for the meal at the counter, while the employees spent the whole time on their cell phones laughing and joking and the customer was hanging on the counter, when I asked what was going on they still asked me what I wanted, then they served the food on the plate that looked like it had fallen on the floor, looking badly arranged. They didn't even apologize for the delay, a shame, we chose an establishment, paid and it was served as if it were alms. I couldn't eat it because it was so bad, and I went to complain, the person in charge refunded the money, but nothing pays for the nerves and having to go without lunch. This type of service is a disgrace, I don't recommend it. The establishment's trainer should be ashamed of himself for letting employees behave and treat customers like that , even more so with older people.

These bad reviews must be from the competition. In Brazil we felt delicious beans, farofa, mayonnaise, pineapple juice with mint. And the meats are delicious and fast and the staff are kind.Satisfied ?❤️??

Repentance totally defines. What TERRIBLE food. We went in because the cashier said they served good picanha. And it was completely the opposite, the meat was tough and the picanha was even worse. We feel sorry for the grill as he did everything to please but unfortunately the meat that the restaurant owner buys for us consumers, not even the dog eats. We called the manager to complain and give feedback and he said that the restaurant can only serve European picanha, which for those who know it knows how hard it is. I thought it was false advertising. To make matters worse, the manager even asked: “why don’t we look at the reviews on Google before coming in?”… rude. Rude. I won't go back or recommend it to anyone. Almost €100 thrown in the trash. We were a group of 4 people.
