I had a very bad experience at McDonald's in ALEGRO Montijo. The service was extremely slow and the staff rude. My order was wrong and I had to wait a long time for the correction. The restaurant was dirty with unkempt tables and bathrooms. I don't recommend this place and definitely won't be back.

I saw the advertisement for CBO Extra Cheddar and decided to try it. I was very disappointed. The top part of the bread didn't have all the cheese that you see in the photo/ad. The bottom part also had no cheese. The poor lettuce. This is the 2nd time they have deceived me, the other time was with the Maestro. Never again.

I asked for extra cheddar, which was drier than my great grandmother's, as it had less than a spoonful of sauce. The employee made me move the entire snack to show him, lift the slice of cheese and I don't know what, and at the end he said that it was the normal amount of cheddar sauce, with 2 squeezed into the tube. I've eaten the same snack from north to south, and this only happened to me here. I wanted to pay for extra sauce and it wasn't possible. Terrible.
The food is almost always quick to arrive and it's almost always hot when I eat, plus the taste is always wonderful, and the servers are polite.
