Restaurant with good quality sushi, small pieces with little rice, in my opinion, excellent so the customer can eat more and taste a greater variety of pieces available on the tasting menu. Good quality sushi with the right amount of rice, which means you can taste all the variety of pieces available. Good service, however when the restaurant is full it becomes very noisy, which is the only negative point I have.

An example of a restaurant that when it opened was great and is increasingly getting worse.
I went there with friends and the pieces that used to be small and with little rice, were now rice and the contents could barely be seen in several pieces.

The worst: the tuna wasn't fresh!
It smelled bad and tasted bad!
This is in line with 3 different opinions.

When referred to management, they completely downplayed it and only said that everyone was eating and no one was complaining.
I asked to smell the fish, which they always denied... and not even an apology.

Absolutely disgraceful!!!!

The tasting menu has a lot of variety, several types of uramaki, sashimi, gunkan, temaki, etc. There is also a lot of choice in hot dishes. The waiting time was not very long considering how busy the restaurant was. However, I'm really sorry that the dishes don't have more flavor, overall.
Regarding the environment, it has a pleasant aesthetic, and the staff is friendly.

The service at this restaurant is deplorable, in addition to being slow, the staff seem to be doing you a favor every time they are called to the table.
The food isn't bad but it doesn't make up for the waiting time or the arrogance and lack of desire of the staff. They ignore the employees and the orders, we placed an order for 20 pieces and waited for almost 40 minutes, and one of the orders that was placed came late and was wrong.
I don't recommend it at all.

For food, I give it 3 stars because the sushi was good... it wasn't the best I've ever eaten but it was good. But the mochi was the worst mochi I've ever eaten. Super floury. Atmosphere I give 2 stars because when the restaurant is full it is very noisy, sometimes having a larger space to have more customers means more money but less comfort. Service I give 2 stars... they didn't let us sit in the corner because we were a couple, but at the two tables in the corner next to us, 2 couples sat too... in addition to a guy who was serving instead of putting the food on the plate almost He was shooting and always looking to the side. I won't go back, I've been to places with a much friendlier atmosphere and staff and much better sushi.

It wins due to variety, the only thing to point out for not getting 5 stars is the fact that they abuse the whipped cream a bit.

Very good. Rotation is different from the conventional one, as you select which pieces you want and send your order to the kitchen. The food is very good, really delicious. For the price, it's well worth checking out.
