Exceptional food, excellent service. Concept of sharing several freshly prepared dishes.
Good wine cellar and best desserts.
It is recommended, but be careful, you have to book a table and they do not accept MB or any other type of payment that is not cash, but it is worth the reservations.
My wife and I are on a mini-break in the Alentejo and have just had dinner here; what a fantastic little restaurant. Being able to try many different local, tapas-style dishes was a treat, the food was excellent and the owner Enio is passionate about the food and being an exceptional host. Cannot recommend enough. There are limited seats so get there early/make a reservation and be sure to bring cash!
The menu is well thought out, taking into account the concept of sharing. The service is fluid. The dishes presented were not dazzling. They are well made and finished. The couple responsible for the service is very attentive and always shows availability to customers.
I would also give 5 stars for the kitchen. I just don't do it because I would prefer that with the same dose of the two pataniscas, they could make 4 smaller ones. A little more octopus would come...
