"O well" wonderful restaurant, exceptional food, very good wine, super friendly service.Carina is Mr.José, super friendly. It's a very good place for those who are taking a trip to Alto Alentejo and want to eat typical Alentejo food. The game partridge, according to my husband, was divine. I don't eat meat, I ate an Alentejo Açorda with cod (wonderful)We will definitely come back to try the hare and dogfish soup.
So much to like about this delightful little restaurant tucked away on the outskirts of Brotas. Friendly service, fresh bread good cheese and preto pork followed by migas... all to be recommended. Although the dessert menu was limited we both chose a honey and nut confection: great choice. Why only 4 stars... perhaps a little more expensive than anticipated but come prepared. We felt it was worth it.
Go to this restaurant as part of Migas month in the municipality of Mora. Asparagus migas with alguidar meat, very good, but no other migas options. For desserts, the nun's belly was very good but the Sericaia was somewhat bland. Friendly service. Price somewhat inflated. Everything was compensated with the performance of the choral group from the senior university of Mora, with Alentejo singing.
