Definitely the worst carbonara I've ever had.. watery pasta sauce you can only eat with a spoon, a boiled egg and questionable ham.. not sure what else they could have messed up.

The food came very quickly even when the kitchen was not fully open yet. The food was great, it's been a long time since I've had such a good Francesinha, congratulations from me.

I would rate 5 ⭐️ if it was not advertised menus that you are told they are not available as “oh they are only suggestions “. However if you order Francesinha that has to be “cooked “ in the kitchen, is available… The way I see as a customer is, if you advertise something on the main monitor/ sign you have to have it available anytime, unless you state information opposite. This is not the case. More than 5 menus advertised on main monitors I have requested weren’t available. I feel they wanted to get reed of less requested menus 1st then sell better menus later. I was seen by Alejandra Moreyr at 1215, but she was told by the supervisor to do so.

Tried the restaurant the first time....the supervisor with the glasses was there at lunchtime very unfriendly and rude ....also to tell where should place my empty plate...suggest to give him prober training in custoumer handling ...

I do not recommend this place, the food is horrible and too expensive, and the worst thing is that my partner got a food infection because the food was rotten, we ate there on Friday 02/15/2024 and only yesterday he left the hospital!! Please don't take your family to eat there!

Horrible food. 2 dishes ordered - Alentejo style pork and hamburger with rice and fries. The Alentejo-style pork had dry meat and potatoes, they looked like they had been cooked the day before. The burger was inedible, the only ingredient you could eat were the French fries, which were from a packet. The only positive thing was the friendliness of the lady who served us.
Very poor service, little politeness and willingness to serve, especially the cashier, very arrogant and uncommunicative.Once with no return.

Honestly don't bother.If you're expecting a last "authentic" Portuguese meal, you won't find it here.Dry, tough food, something on the menu called "Bolonhesa de Soja" that is actually just cold soy chilli con carne with spaghetti.Rude, uninterested staff putting in minimum effort.
Vegetarian options: One vegetarian option that was cold and soggy soy. The worst texture ever, something akin to semi solid snot.
