It’s a great view and they have really good service, but I ordered the fried cod and it was full of bones and didn’t taste good at all. If you go here don’t order that.

Great food and drinks. Recommend their sirloin steak with egg and local bread. Lots of choices for wine lovers. Prices are very reasonable. It is best to get reservations - a busy, popular restaurant in the middle of the town. Happy and helpful staff.

The octopus was perfectly cooked. Staff was very nice and felt like eating at a family home. Was the only restaurant who took us after being refused in 3 others due to very high demand - and even then we had to wait around 30 minutes. Do book in advanced.

Good place to eat with a view on the ocean. I had grilled swordfish with fries and I must say that the fish was a little dry. My friend had shrimp and fries and said it was great. The waiters were very nice and it was a good experience.

We went twice this past september , First time we had octopus on the oven for the 4 of us . it was well cooked and tasty one of the best i had , We returned a secont time 2 of us had again the octopus i had fried cod and my wife shrimp . Portions were big enough that we brough food home to eat later on the day . Wine beer entrees dessert also very good . As for service could not ask for better they were very polite and anything we needed would not wait long to get it . Restaurant has a beautiful view . Make a reservation its always better to be sure you will not have to wait for a table . This is one of my favourite restaurants in Sao Miguel with good local food .
The power cut off for a few minutes and the staff handled the situation flawlessly. Oreo cheesecake is recommended!
