We spent 4 nights at Sublime Lisboa for the first leg of our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier with our choice. We arrived to Lisbon with no plans for what to see, eat, or do, and based our entire stay on the concierge’s recommendations. We ended up walking through the whole city over a few days and eating at some of the best restaurants we’ve ever visited. Our room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Toiletries are also very nice and high quality. Many days we arrived back to the room to find a surprise treat waiting for us in the room. The included breakfast was delicious every day - there is a tower of breads, fruit, cheese and ham but also an additional menu to order from (still included in the room rate). We loved our time in Lisbon and the team at Sublime Lisboa is entirely to thank for that. We would definitely stay again

Impressed by how attentive every staff member was at this hotel, including the restaurant staff.This was clear from the moment we stepped in, to the moment we stepped out (including getting our luggage from our Uber, having our room ready for an early check-in, cleaning our room as soon as we were out for breakfast, finding a last-minute reservation at a sold-out restaurant, arranging transportation to a nearby city).The property is also beautifully decorated!Thank you for a great experience.

Day before arrival: concierge reached out (via WhatsApp) & asked if there is anything they can assist with (and finding out our arrival time).The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood - nearby (5min walk) is a nice park for a morning walk/jog. At the same time you can easily walk from the hotel to the main Avenida da Liberdade with luxury shopping, restaurants etc.15 rooms/suites make Sublime Lisboa cozy & private.Team is youthful, energetic, attentive & professional.Decoration/design is trendy & stylish, yet subtle.Breakfast variety is perfect. Extra brownie points for Continental breakfast all-day option.Davvero, the in-house restaurant, is worth visiting (if one loves Italian food). All three pastas we tried, were on point and al dente (we were lucky enough to get them delivered to the room, as the restaurant had just opened its dinner service).In summary: Had an excellent stay.This hotel was created with a great eye for detail...Sublime stay it was:)

We were very disappointed with a tariff reduction proposal offered by Sublime Lisboa's front desk attendants that was not later honored. Let me explain: Initially we stayed 3 days at Sublime Lisboa. After 12 days in Switzerland, we would return to Lisbon for another 3 days (reservation made at another hotel) and finally another 3 days we would stay at Sublime Comporta (reservation already made). Well then, on our 1st stay in Lisbon, the Sublime Lisboa reception offered us a 15% discount on the consolidated rates to be booked in Lisbon and Comporta (6 nights), if we stayed at the Sublime Lisboa on our return to Portugal and subject to availability of bedrooms. We immediately accepted the proposal. That's when our ordeals began. After 10 days of Sublime comings and goings, the final offer was a 10% discount on 2 nights in Lisbon and ZERO discount on 4 nights in Comporta. Anyway, they did not honor the conditions offered, showing total disregard for the customer and disregard for employees who were unable to honor the promised conditions
